Construction has started on remodeling the existing 42,000 SF implement dealership into a new government center for McLeod County. Renovation will include adding new parking spaces, expanding storm water detention pond, increasing second floor area, upgrading mechanical, electrical and fire protection systems and providing new finishes. New space will primarily consist of meeting rooms, offices, open workstations and public amenities. Replacement of all exterior storefront window framing with curtain wall window framing and glazing. Additional minor exterior modifications are included as well.
